Corporate Affairs Coordinator Job Vacancy

Our client in the health care industry specializing in wellness niche services is motivated to change the well being of many Kenyans.

The company which is young but growing has been experiencing positive growth in the past years and in order to facilitate further growth the company is seeking to fill the position of a Corporate Affairs Coordinator in charge of sales and marketing as well as wellness coordination.

The job description and specifications are outlined below.

Job Title: Corporate Affairs Coordinator
Reports To: Managing Director

Job summary

To provide Wellness Services, Coordinate Corporate Affairs, whilst focusing on exemplary Client Service to book clients by marketing & selling products, services and programmes that enhance product offerings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the book of clients by providing client service & corporate affairs co-ordination support to ensure provision of exemplary Wellness & Event Management Services, alongside wellness coaching.
  • Coordinate & ensure the identification & creation of avenues for efficient distribution of company products alongside realization of weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual sales & marketing targets.
  • Provision of Executive Assistance to the Managing DIRECTOR
  • Initiate, coordinate & ensure the identification & creation of avenues for efficient distribution of company products alongside realization of weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual sales & marketing targets.
  • Initiate, coordinate and manage wellness events activations projects including any suppliers and Wellness Ambassadors needed for the same.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting competitor and client information and analyzing client needs.
  • Provide technical assistance during sourcing for potential clients and business
  • Organizing and managing operational execution of the company’s calendar of events in consultation with the Managing DIRECTOR.
  • Content generation and updating social media networks with up-to-date, factual, relevant and catchy messages that drive traffic to the sites.
  • Preparing & disseminating the company’s quarterly E-newsletters.
  • Provision of Therapeutic Wellness Support, Wellness Coaching and Wellness Promotion to our clients.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Managing DIRECTOR.

Competencies Required

  • Diploma or Undergraduate in Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the Kenya Nutritionists & Dieticians Institute (KNDI)
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in nutrition industry.
  • Should be IT proficient  (proficiency in SPSS 16.0 would be an added advantage)
  • Sales & marketing experience with the ability to coordinate projects will be an added advantage.
  • Strong report writing and proposal development skills with GREAT attention to detail.
  • Ability to formulate Corporate Wellness Concepts and follow through on product positioning.
  • Should be a highly motivated individual with the ability to identify and take advantage of corporate wellness opportunities whenever they present themselves.
  • Should be a good team leader and player and can work under minimal supervision
  • Should have excellent communication skills and posses strong people management and planning skills.
  • Must be able to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays where necessary and should work well with minimal supervision.
  • The ideal candidate ought to be able to articulate themselves in the company of high net worth individuals as well as senior executives.
  • Someone who is willing to grow with the company.
  • Preferred  age 28 – 40 years

Terms Of Employment

  • Position is on a monthly baseline retainer with an additional Sales Commission structure on business procured.
  • It  will be a work out of home position which is 75% sales & 25% coordination
  • The ideal candidate should have a functioning internet connection
  • A laptop  and a pre-loaded working cell phone line with a monthly limit will also be provided.
