Manager with Business Development Experience Job Vacancy

We are a leading Document Management Solution provider with a range of Blue Chip Clientele.

In 2014 we want to take the business to a new level and are looking for an extremely motivated and focused Business Development Manager.

We offer Document Management Software, Bulk Document Scanning and Scanner Sales.

The role requires:-

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in selling software solutions, preferably in Document Management or ERP Sales
  • A strong customer focus with an ability to quickly understand customer pain points with an aim to resolving using our software solutions
  • Demonstrable time and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.
  • Possess solid presentation skills, as client pitches will be an important part of the role
  • A proven track record in sales and an ability to demonstrate where you have been successful in the past
  • Keeping an eye on market trends, and look at what the competitors are doing in order to remain successful
  • Good time and management skills

The role will involve:-
1. Creating, managing and developing new business

  • Carrying out presentations
  • Following up prospects
  • Quotations
  • Creating and Establishing Relationships

2. Meeting sales targets and lead generation
3. Setting and achieving financial budgets

  • Company monthly budget
  • Expense management
  • Invoicing
  • Payment Follow ups

4. Strong team management and leadership skills

  • Staff Management

  • Keeping staff happy and involved
  • Listening to staff
  • Staff training

7. An entrepreneurial approach

8. Ensuring an active role from quotation to completion of the project with a view to maintain relationships with the customer

Remuneration: Basic Commission
