Female Social Media Administrator Job Vacancy

Our client, a growing company in Children’s Fashion seeks a female Social Media administrator with strong IT skills. The successful candidate MUST have interest in ethical fashion and e-commerce. She must have attention to detail, internet skills, initiative and excellent Ms Office applications including access database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quality control by counting and checking stock and orders, managing incoming sales and order dispatch.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as; data base management using Outlook, constant contact and sales reports.
  • Social media activities including; schedule events, updates, emails, contacts, research social media opportunities.
  • Research potential markets and sales opportunities by using Google analytics to track sales, investigate blogs, web sites for sales potential.
  • Strong web development skills using word press.
  • Strong MS office and internet skills.


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
  • The successful candidate must therefore have exceptional writing ability and be proficient on all MS office applications.
  • Must enjoy searching ways of marketing the product in overseas markets.
  • Must have a passion to learn, drive and initiative are essential for this role.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh.30,000 – 40,000/= depending on experience
