Personal Assistant Job Vacancy


We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our General Manager with his administration as well as work on a project basis for other departments.

The successful candidate for this position will be rewarded with a challenging and rewarding job.

He/she will be responsible for:

  • setting up of the General Manager’s Office in conjunction with the General Manager
  • be responsible for organising the General Managers diary
  • Organising all travel arrangements for the Executive Team
  • Dealing with all the General Managers correspondence
  • The issuing of vouchers
  • Ensuring that the office is run in a smooth professional manner

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similiar job.
  • They must have a natural Yes I Can attitude. They must be willing to learn and be flexible.
  • He/she must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
