Solution Analyst Job Vacancy

We are currently recruiting for a Solution Analyst at GVA Partners with the following qualification:

  • Providing Desk side and remote Support to users
  • Resolving incidents and completing service requests via REMEDY IT Service Management Suite within SLA
  • Imaging/Re-imaging end user desktop and laptop machines
  • Monitor, Analyse and Address reliability and ICT infrastructure performance issues
  • Work with other support groups and vendors to provide seamless IT services to customers
  • Manage workflow and service request through Client’s call ticketing system
  • General Project Coordination, Installations, Moves and Changes
  • Planning, deployment and Management of Fujitsu fi series document scanners
  • Provide support for CRM and ERP applications
  • Supporting Common Business Environment including Security and Microsoft Lync applications
  • Perform trend and incident analysis to determine commonly occurring problems and recommend solutions for
  • potential distribution to users
  • Use incident updates and analysis report to build and improve knowledge base
