Head Pastry Chef Job Vacancy

Our client company is a quintessential Lounge that offers an experience to their customers which reaches new heights of luxury with an expansive lounge and an exquisite outdoor terrace where guests can feast on delectable tapas and taste electrifying cocktails or sip specialty crafted premium brews, brewed in-house in Nairobi. They are looking to hire brewing technicians that will compliment their establishment.

Salary as from Ksh 60,000 & above depending on experience.

As Head Pastry Chef you will run the pastry section and will be expected to take responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section ensuring consistent presentation and customer satisfaction. Therefore a passion for food and a desire to create exciting and innovative food is essential. We expect our Head Pastry Chef to be
able to develop the more junior members of the brigade, taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively supervising the chefs.


  • An experienced pastry chef
  • 3-5 year experience in charge of pastry in a 4 or 5 star hotel or high end restaurant
  • Diploma in food production/ culinary or the necessary training in this particular field
  • Aged 25 to 40 years old
