Our client in the Insurance Brokerage Industry is in need of a Project Manager

Position: Project Manager
Reporting To: Strategy Director

Overall Job Purpose:
This position ensures timely inception, implementation and delivery of projects by ensuring that projects are planned and managed accordingly.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, form project team, and establish project budget.
  • Monitor project progress through tracking activity and resolving problems, and produce progress reports and recommendations.
  • Monitor the quality of service delivery and project progress, and update the concerned parties.
  • Manage project documentation from inception to delivery.
  • Manage the project team.

  • Clear & reliable documentation at all times
  • Planning & timely delivery of all projects
  • Delivery on budget

Technical Qualifications

  • Business related degree
  • Masters in relevant degree an added advantage
  • Professional qualification in project management
  • Over 4 years experience as a Project Manager in a managerial position

Disposition

  • Highly organized
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable nature
