Our client a leading corporate IT company is recruiting for the following position:


We are seeking to hire an experienced and professional Recruiter with the following existing skills & qualities:

  • Highly Intelligent with good analytical skills – to be able to analyze Client requirements, analyze Candidates and CV’s, and make logical connections and sense of situations
  • Great Interviewing Skills with proven positive outcomes in successfully hiring or placing people
  • Process-driven with great attention to detail and very particular about the quality of work and outcome
  • Passionate about Recruiting and helping people and takes personal responsibility for assignments and outcomes
  • Must have a great Candidate Network or the ability and personality to source and build such networks
  • A general good business sense to be able to understand the outcome of successful placements for all stakeholders
  • Must have embraced Social Media Skills in order to target the right audience
  • Content Production skills to prepare JD’s, Adverts, and manage Blogs


  • At least a degree in Human Resource Management
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous recruiting minimum 5 years, especially for mid level and senior level positions, either as a large part of your Current job or position, or in a professional and organized recruiting agency, or in an HR department of a Company.
