They are currently seeking to recruit customer care representatives.

Job Role

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • A business related Diploma or Certificate
  • Proficiency in computer packages especially excel, internet and word.
  • Good communication both verbal and written
  • Good organization skills
  • Attention to detail
