Executive Personal Assistant Kenya Job

A leading branding company based in Nairobi is looking to hire a qualified Executive Personal Assistant for a gross salary of 35k.

The company is looking for applicants who are agile young administration professionals, proactive, self-motivated and driven individual, excited to work in a friendly, young and vibrant fast paced environment.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for preparing, corresponding and reporting materials for publications and presentations, setting up Managing Director’s travel arrangements, arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes responsible for Directors’ office management and perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

To apply one must have a Business Administration, Management or Communication degree or diploma, 2-3 years’ of experience in a similar capacity and a Diploma in Secretarial studies will be added advantage.
