HR Manager Kenya Job Vacancy

Job Purpose:
To Coordinate Human Resources activities at the Head Office in order to retain the best possible manpower available to achieve the desired result for the Company.

Generic Duties:

  • Source, recruit, induct, develop and retain the best-fit personnel for the Company
  • Coordinate the implementation of suitable HR policies and procedures for the Company.
  • Lead a culture-change process to achieve the vision 2020.
  • Provide guidance and advice the Management on best HR practices in the Company.
  • Implement performance based appraisal system and reward performers
  • Carry out Comprehensive training needs assessments and identify gaps for development in the Region.
  • Implement effective communication channels within the head office, sites and the stakeholders.
  • Ensure harmonious employee relations within the Company.
  • Ensure implementation and strict adherence on QHSE of employees including social welfare.
  • Any other duties assigned that may be assigned within the company policy and procedure.

Requirements;

  • should be a Degree or a diploma holder in Human resource.
  • Should posses good communication skills.
  • 2-3yrs experience in Hr practice.

Salary: 40-50,000
