Our client a leading corporate IT company is recruiting for the following position: 

Human Resource Manager

As a key member of our Human Resource team, you will provide full life cycle of the Hr process from Recruitments, staff management and payroll.


  • Co-ordinate employee retention and performance management processes.
  • Maintaining, monitoring and reviewing workforce levels.
  • Managing workforce skills and training programmes
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions.
  • Remittance of payroll deductions – Payroll services
  • Monitoring salary budgets and auditing.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees work.
  • Preparing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Dealing with Unions for Labour Issues
  • Design and implementation of KPI/KRS’s


  • Bachelor’s degree In Human Resource Management
  • Minimum4 years of experience within a corporate
  • Experience in labor law will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills;
  • MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Professionalism, discretion and ability to keep calm under pressure;
  • Demonstrable ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume turnover environment;
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little supervision;
