Profile Introduction
Our client, a Kenyan mobile solution company with a focus on providing micro credit and financial access solutions on a mobile platform, is seeking for corporate sales executives to assist in achieving their organizational goals and targets.

The ideal candidates should have a minimum of three (3) years of business to business
sales experience in the services sector. Candidates with people management experience will have an added advantage.

Minimum Requirements

  • Three (3) years of business to business sales experience preferably in the service industry;
  • An undergraduate degree preferably in a business related field;
  • Candidates with a laptop and a car will have an added advantage.

Job Specification

  • Sales strategy and Forecasting: Come up with new sales strategies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors and be involved in forecasting;
  • Sales performance reporting and tracking: Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
  • Client acquisition and retention: Acquire, maintain and develop market share with potential and existing client;
  • Sales execution: Be involved in sales pitching, preparation and presentation of proposals to the potential clients;
  • Client satisfaction management and client relationship management:
  • Maintain quality service with the clients by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
  • Sales closure and client on boarding: Undertake business development activities from lead generation to deals closure in line with set targets and ensure that the clients are successfully on boarded;
  • Follow up business after sign ups and payments from clients for all the solutions issued for credit control purposes;
  • Where necessary, be involved in the client sales team management;
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
