Our client, a Business Strategy Consultancy is in need of a Head of Corporate Sales for its Universal Financial Service Agent Brand

Job Profile
Position: Head of Corporate Sales
Reporting To: Head of Commercial

Overall Job Purpose:

  • Head of Corporate is responsible of growing the bulk payment business. The bulk payment platform proposes to organization to partner and help the in the disbursement of various payments such as Salaries, advance payments and any other disbursements.
  • This service is being offered by banks and our client is looking for a Head of Corporate to get organizations to sign up on their platform which is more technologically advanced and cheaper.
  • The candidate will need to have sold corporate services experience and has high level contact with decision makers in those organizations.
  • The deliverables include signing up 100,000 individuals on the platform which means the candidate should have knowledge of organizations with big numbers of employees and have access to their decision makers. This is a very high level position which could grow into Head of Commercial.

Qualifications

  • Business related degree
  • Over 4 years experience in a similar setting
  • Exposure to retail outlets management and expansion
  • We need an individual with Telecom experience managing shop outlets or airtime dealerships

Disposition

  • Strong communicator with very good interpersonal skills
  • A strong negotiator
  • Entrepreneurial/ Commercial Orientation
  • Strategic operational individual
