IT Personnel Job Vacancy

Our client an insurance company is seeking to recruit an IT Personnel to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continual implementation changes in Tally program; After getting complaints from users, analyze if its solvable in-house and if not forward complaint to Endeavour for Solutions.
  • Email forwarding from the Administration email profile; Forward all emails from the admin email profile to internal users and/or external/global addresses.
  • Equipment/Software troubleshooting and user assistance; Daily checkup of email server’s popcorn server, repair/maintenance of faulty equipment and offer technical assistance to users
  • Print and file emails into respective files.
  • Follow-up of bounced emails and updating contacts; Bounced email returned to sender to correct or give alternate address, print daily list of all bounced addresses,
  • General Office Equipment’s; Carry out preventive maintenance by servicing all the office equipment once after every three months.
  • Phone call reports; generate the staff attendance reports from the reception computer, print it and forward to the staff.
  • Staff Attendance Reports; generate the staff attendance reports from the reception computer.
  • Tally Insure/Tally 9 Daybook Reports; generate the daybook reports for both TI and T9, verify if all the entries match.
  • To Train staff continually in existing programs used and any future software’s.

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT or related field
  • 3 years experience in the industry
  • Administration skills
  • Presentation and good communication skills
