Area Sales Officer ­Job Vacancy

Construction Industry

Our client is seeking to fill the above role for various territories within Kenya.

Duties

  • Prioritize markets and determine market entry strategies for new regions by collecting and analyzing market data
  • Drive growth and develop market.
  • Relationship Management with Key stakeholders
  • Responsible for the recruitment and vetting of merchants
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly report
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Clients whilst maintaining constant and timely correspondence regarding the firm’s products.
  • Impact assessment of the marketing and communications strategies for either remodeling or perfection.
  • Implementing sales and marketing strategies while liaising with the relationship team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • On­ground promotions, Making presentations and Tele­marketing to prospective clients with regard to the products while achieving daily and monthly sales targets through recruiting new clients.
  • Marketing of call deposit products and other facilities including mortgage finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration or a related course
  • At least 5 years in Territory Sales industry.
  • Must be conversant with the Construction and Housing industry in Kenya
  • Must have great exposure in corporate Relationship Management
  • Must have proven Sales track record and extensive experience in Distributor recruitment
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
