Receptionist Job Vacancy

The CDN Health department wishes to recruit a highly motivated, competent, honest and remarkably talented Receptionist.

Job Responsibilities:
The receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.


  • Diploma in secretarial studies
  • Two years of experience in front office management and general office administration
  • Certificate in information technology
  • Skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills;
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels;
  • Attention to detail and a well­organized approach to work;
  • The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure;
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information;
