Associate Consultant Job in Kenya

Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Associate Consultant will open up access for the firm in form of consulting business, bring in leads and close profitable deals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and master an efficient and effective cooperation between business and its clients
  • Ensure communication of new deals to our specialists and other team members through point of execution of any product/service
  • Prepare the proposals and present it when necessary
  • Ensure a strong online presence through various mediums
  • Work with managing partner to determine product pricing
  • Identify new business opportunities by qualifying prospects, analyzing marketing options in a bid to close in clients effectively.
  • Market the Firms services by establishing contacts and developing relationships with key decision makers in the targeted organization and recommending viable solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing necessary support, information and guidance and recommending service improvements.
  • Obtain and respond to Terms of Reference and draw up winning proposals to ensure the firm wins maximum consultancy assignments.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving the set targets and accomplishing related tasks.
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required by the Management from time to time and as per our service offerings.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing
  • Higher Diploma in HR is an added advantage
  • At least 3 years marketing with a good track record of closing deals
