Call Center Agent Job in Nairobi

Location: Nairobi
Nature of Job: Full time


  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries both by telephone and email
  • Manage and resolve customer’s complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into system
  • Update existing customer information
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
  • Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports

Job Qualifications

  • Degree/ Diploma in any field with call center/ customer service experience
  • 2-3 Years’ experience as a call center agent in a busy working environment
