Rama Homes Sales Agent Job in Kenya

We are a fast growing real estate company within Nairobi that specializes high end luxury apartments. We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and experienced independently working sales agents to drive our sales. As an agent your main duty will be to source for potential clients and follow
through with the existing clients to close the deals.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Make presentations to clients about our off-plan apartment
  • Prepare documents such as sales agreements
  • Overseeing closing of sales, signing of documents and payment.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, cold calling, social media, open days, networking etc.
  • Compare competitive market prices
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Meeting and exceeding the sales targets


  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other relevant field
  • At least 1 year experience in real estate sales especially apartment sales
  • Those experienced in selling high end off-plan apartments will have added advantage
  • Strategic mind-set, capable of competing tasks and actions needed for company growth.
  • Polished, dynamic personality with high energy and exceptional self-motivation.
  • Must be proactive, with the tenacity to overcome market challenges.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly networked, Hardworking, goal oriented and self –motivated
  • Initiative, creative, persistent with a passion for sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to start IMMEDIATELY
