Real Estate – Sales Internship in Nairobi

We are an ICT company currently recruiting candidates who are aggressive, smart and open minded. To be part of our start up environment, focusing on sales and customer service.

This is a minimum 6 month internship with a preference for 5 days a week working.

ARI Limited has developed on an online Software as a Service (SAAS) property management solution for Estate agents and Landlords aimed at automating their day to day operations, enhance customer satisfaction and employee productivity.   • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from Real estate agents.
  • Working towards targets that may be set up by the organization.
  • Developing a good understanding of Real estate agents, their needs, the industry, what they do, their work culture and environment; in order to give proper customer service and service delivery.
  • Using social media to advertise the online service, attract Real estate agents and build lasting relationships with them.
  • Visit Real estate agents, train them on the online solution and ensure they are competent in using the service.
  • Any other duty assigned.


  • Diploma/Degree in any course
  • Working experience required in a Real Estate Agency
  • Competent IT Skills including experience with:
  • MS Office
  • Data Entry i.e. Databases searching and creating entries
  • Social Media – Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales and marketing professional to gain real-world experience.
