Human Resources Officer Job at Afex Group

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, support and develop talent through implementation of policies and SOPs.

Responsible for administrative tasks and contribute by making the company a better place to work.
Help to achieve the HR goals and strategy by working closely with the HR team.

Qualifications

  • A diploma or a degree in Human Resources
  • HR Credentials (e.g. Member and Certification from IHRM)
  • 3 years’ experience working in a HR department
  • Proven experience as HR Officer, administrator or other HR position.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience in managing simultaneous recruitment campaigns
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team based, multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to work in, and adapt, to a rapidly changing environment
