Training Coordinator Job in Kenya

Recours Four Kenya is one of the leading recruitment, training and HR Consultancy Firms in Nairobi Kenya. We are looking for a professional Training Coordinator to ensure the smooth and effective
functioning of training events, in house client programs and special projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business development – identifying new clients for our training programs
  • Managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting large or small scale training programs.
  • Consults with client Organizations managers and supervisors to assess training needs.
  • Attend meetings with client Organizations
  • Develops and maintains continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.
  • Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures
  • Proposal writing and identifying advertising avenues for training programs
  • Submission of reports weekly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Well groomed, outgoing and friendly personality
  • Conversant with TNA and report writing
